The Coach House - is a individual property for the sole use of the guest, there are no sharing areas, it is a detached property set in a quiet area on the outskirts of Basingstoke close to the village of Sherfield on Loddon and a short walk to a pub. It is a 10-minute walk, or 2 minute drive to Chineham Business Park. There is a courtyard and one allocated parking space. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge and freezer and a washing machine, dryer with a separate dining area. In the lounge is a new 43-inch TV with Freeview. The bathroom has a shower and a bath and downstairs is a study with access to the Courtyard. Nearby are convenience stores and a choice of local pubs. Reading is 13.7 miles away, while Guildford is 28 miles from The Coach House. London Heathrow Airport is 33 miles from the property, and London Gatwick Airport is 49 miles away.
