  Hotel. Set on Pesaro’s seafront, Hotel Excelsior offers a private beach and a modern spa. This features a sea-view indoor pool, fitness centre with Technogym equipment, and an hydromassage pool. Wi-Fi is free throughout. Rooms at the Excelsior are soundproofed and air conditioned. All feature an LCD TV with satellite channels, a minibar and small balcony. Restaurant 59 has large windows and serves dishes from the Marche region, seafood specialities and a selection of local and Italian wines, and during summer a restaurant by the private beach provides light lunches. The Excelsior Bistro serves cocktails and light lunches. You can relax in the heated indoor pool with hydromassage waterfalls, or enjoy a sauna or a session in the Turkish bath. There are deck chairs around the pool, plus a relaxation lounge, with herbal teas and drinks. Access to the spa is free for 2 hours each day. Bikes are provided for free.   Hotel. Located in Piazzale della Libertà, Pesaro’s main square overlooking the Adriatic Sea, Hotel Vittoria is a 19th-century villa set in its own gardens. The property features a spa, and a sea-view sun terrace offering a pool with counter-current jets. Elegantly decorated with antique furnishings, the spacious rooms come with a satellite TV and free WiFi. The private bathrooms are complete with a spa bath and shower, plus bathrobes and slippers. Many rooms also have a balcony facing the sea. You can book sessions at Vittoria Hotel’s wellness area, which has a sauna, a massage room, a small gym and a heated pool with hydromassage and counter-current jets. Staff can organise outdoor activities such as horse riding, windsurfing and sailing courses. Bike rentals are available at a partner hotel nearby. Marche specialities and classic Italian cuisine are served at the hotel’s restaurant Agorà. Meals are prepared with fresh and carefully selected ingredients, and a sweet and savoury buffet breakfast is available. In summer it is possible to dine on the terrace. The hotel is located in a restricted-traffic area a 15-minute walk from Pesaro Train Station. The A14 motorway exit is a 10-minute drive away.
