  Lodge. The Waters is a luxury boutique B&B on the Kina Peninsula, just a 30-second walk from the shores of Tasman Bay. All three air-conditioned rooms include double-glazed windows, tea/coffee making facilities, MP3 player and an LCD TV with Blu-ray/DVD player. All 3 rooms have a patio with Tasman Sea views and a large balcony overlooking the pond to enjoy the evening sun in privacy. Guests have access to a shared outdoor dining area with open fireplace. Electric bikes and kayaks are available for guests to hire. Generous breakfast provisions are placed in the fridge the night before, including eggs from the properties own chickens, ham/salmon and fresh fruit. Special dietary requirements can be catered for.
