When I travel I love to stay at luxurious hotels - especially the kind of places that offer over the top extras and really spoil their guests with great service, nice spas, awesome restaurants and beautiful views. What more can you want? To save some time, I've put together this list of my favourite 5-star hotels and resorts in Carinthia. I hope you will like it!

Located in the Nockberge Biosphere Park, just a 3-minute walk from the Maibrunn Cable Car, the family-run 5-star Thermenwelt Hotel Pulverer in Bad Kleinkirchheim features an in-house thermal spring and a 2,100 m² spa area with indoor and outdoor pools. Free WiFi is available. Spa facilities include 10 different saunas and a wide range of wellness treatments and massages. In the in-house health centre, guests can consult a sports physician and a physiotherapist. The rooms at the Pulverer Hotel offer panoramic views of the Carinthian mountains, a balcony, and a flat-screen satellite TV.
