Located in a renovated nunnery, the Nun Assisi Relais has panoramic views of Assisi and Mount Subasio. It offers a spa set in Roman excavations and uniquely-decorated rooms with design furnishings.
Rooms at the 13th-century Nun Assisi Relais & Spa Museum are air conditioned and offer LCD TV, minibar and free internet access. Some have balconies and vaulted ceilings, and most feature town or countryside views.
The Nun Spa Museum is set where once an ancient Roman amphitheatre rose. It offers a complete Roman bath treatment through 4 areas with different temperature and humidity.
The restaurant serves traditional Umbrian specialities such as handmade pasta with truffles, together with homemade bread and desserts. A continental breakfast is served daily.
The Basilica di San Francesco, the cathedral devoted to Saint Francis, is a 15-minute walk from the property.
